Due to hygiene concerns, all mattresses and bedding accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace bedding accessories if they are defective or damaged within 3 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlineorders@sealy.com.sg.
